Sabrina Ratzlaff has been a principal associate in the Administrative Law, Urban Planning and Environment Department at Garrigues since 2023, having joined the firm in 2009.

She has extensive experience in environmental law, having advised on cases related to the granting, modification or review of activity authorisations (integrated environmental authorisations, environmental licences, responsible declarations, communications), climate change, circular economy and waste, contaminated land, water, protected areas, emissions trading scheme, etc. In this field, she has an extensive experience in providing recurrent advice to large industries on environmental compliance.

She specializes in energy consultancy, having participated in renewable energy and energy storage projects. In this regard, she is particularly experienced in the processing of sectorial, environmental and urban planning authorisations for projects in the energy sector.

She participates in projects and operations, undertaking the review of environmental, urban planning and regulatory legality, especially in projects in the agribusiness sector and in the circular economy sector (waste treatment plants, biofuel plants, etc.).

Finally, she has extensive expertise in conducting all kinds of administrative proceedings (inspection, sanctioning, administrative liability, reimbursement of subsidies, public procurement, administrative appeals) as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings.
