Rubén Magallares is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department of Garrigues, where he has pursued his professional career since 2006.
He has a wealth of experience in handling civil and corporate/commercial litigation, especially involving contractual and noncontractual liability-related disputes, company law, breach of investment agreements and shareholder agreements, unfair competition and the marketing and distribution of financial products. He has appeared in proceedings before the ordinary courts and various arbitration institutions, both domestic and international.
He lectured on the Master’s Degree for Access to the legal profession at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2012 and 2013.
Rubén Magallares has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2006.
