Reginald Horn is a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts and Mergers and Acquisitions practice at the Santiago de Chile office.
With extensive experience representing both local and international clients, Reginald has rendered advise across a wide range of commercial transactions, including share and asset purchases, private equity transactions, strategic acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and other business combinations. Additionally, Reginald has significant experience advising foreign and local clients on the development, construction and operation of renewable energy and battery energy storage projects.
Reginald joined Garrigues as a Senior Associate in 2025. He holds a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2015) and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law (2021).

Previously, Reginald gained valuable experience as a corporate associate at prestigious Chilean firms such as Prieto Abogados (2015-2017) and CMS Carey & Allende (2017-2020). Following his completion of a Master’s degree at New York University School of Law, Reginald joined Covington & Burling LLP, New York Office, as a Global Visiting Lawyer in the Latin America corporate practice group (2022).
