Raúl Figueroa Díaz joined Garrigues México, S.C. in 2022. He focuses his practice in the tax department particularly in the area of consulting, dispute resolution and tax litigation. He has four years of experience working with clients in the steel, aviation, mining, food, banking, sustainable energy and entertainment sectors, among others. He also has experience in administrative litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for three years at the Mexican law firm Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía., as well as at one of the most renowned firms in the aviation sector.

He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and a seminar in legal writing and research from the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM). He has co-authored and contributed to various publications in specialised tax and aviation magazines.
