Paola is a trilingual lawyer with multidisciplinary professional training, acquired through her experience at several law firms in Querétaro. She currently works in the tax practice of the Querétaro office, focusing on tax consulting, for both private and corporate clients. She has participated in providing advice at a national and international level, supporting individuals in the implementation of tax plans and structures in relation to asset management and succession planning both for individuals residing in Mexico and abroad. She has also helped design strategies for multinational groups that are starting or consolidating their operations in the country.
She has experience in the structuring and implementation of asset vehicles, including trusts and international tax structures, as well as in the transfer of assets and tax compliance resulting from investments abroad. Paola has assisted clients with dual tax residence and on migration processes, designing strategies that take into account Mexican and international regulations, treaties to avoid double taxation, focusing on risk prevention and financial optimization.
In the corporate area, she advises foreign companies on setting up and expanding in Mexico, working on the design of investment tax structures, internal reorganization, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance processes. She also participates in tax due diligences, comprehensive tax diagnoses and the implementation of financial optimization schemes.

She has advised individuals with substantial assets on the structuring and implementation of wealth and succession plans, including international trusts and structures, in the light of tax aspects in Mexico and abroad.
She provides recurring advice to individuals on compliance with their tax obligations in Mexico, particularly in relation to international investments, foreign trusts and family asset holding structures.
She has participated in international tax compliance projects, including the review of structures with assets abroad, analysis of tax residence and the implementation of asset regularization strategies to avoid double taxation.
She has advised multinationals on their entry into the Mexican market, participating in the design of investment tax structures, the incorporation of entities, internal reorganizations and regulatory compliance.
She has participated in the analysis of corporate structures to identify tax risks, and also on the implementation of corporate reorganizations with a cross-border impact.
