Oscar Alcuña García graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and joined Garrigues in 2000. As a result, he has extensive experience in collective bargaining processes, company labor restructuring, outsourcing and subcontracting projects, negotiation of company collective agreements, flexible work organization systems and irregular distribution of the working day, equality plans, senior management contracts and in the direction and processing of judicial processes before all the bodies of the social jurisdiction. His constant participation in different collective negotiations in various fields, allows him to maintain close contact with the main social interlocutors and the problems of labor relations.

On the other hand, he regularly advises companies from multiple sectors, among which it is worth highlighting the sector of manufacturers of automotive components, outsourcing of services, the financial sector, computer consulting, the pharmaceutical industry or the sector editorial.

He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English.

Oscar Alcuña García is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
