Nekane Caballero joined the firm in 2015, where she has developed her entire professional career. She is currently a senior associate in Administrative Law Department. Nekane has extensive experience in advising legal entities vs public administrations both in administrative and contentious-administrative procedures in all types of matters of Administrative Law and Urban Planning.
She holds a degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Law and Legal Practice.
Nekane Caballero specializes in providing ongoing, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and legal entities.
She has broad expertise in advising on public procurement, particularly in relation to legal issues arising in the course of classification, tender and procurement processes. She also advises on other areas of administrative law, notably including administrative penalties, planning and zoning law, and sectoral legislation. Moreover, she has extensive experience in acting as legal counsel in administrative and judicial review proceedings.
She has also participated in the analysis and drafting of real estate, planning and zoning and administrative law due diligence reports.
