Miriam Fernández-Estrada is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration department at Garrigues and has spent her entire professional career at the firm since joining in 2017.

She has extensive experience in providing legal advice, both at the pre-litigation stage and in court proceedings, especially in the following areas, among others:

• Contractual and non-contractual liability;
• Real estate issues;
• Corporate disputes;
• Recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.

She has also participated in various arbitrations (both domestic and international, in particular) and advised clients mainly in the following sectors:

• Construction and engineering;
• Energy;
• Corporate disputes.

In addition, she has broad experience in advising on contractual matters in the distribution and agency sectors, where she regularly advises manufacturers in the automotive, food and luxury goods industries.
