Miguel Juárez Castillo is a principal associate in Garrigues’ tax practice.

Member of the tax procedures and tax litigation specialty line. Defends in court, on a recurrent basis, multiple clients in every tax matter. His fields of specialty are international commece, tax derivation of responsibility and local taxes.

He has extensive experience in providing tax advice to companies from diverse sectors as ceramic production, passenger air and railway transport, and real estate development and construction. He has also deep experience in providing advise in tax collection matters to companies with financial difficulties.
