The type of work she focuses on ranges from the preparation of highly specialized legal submissions, to appearing in court and the integral coordination of lawsuits, always with a results-driven mindset.
Melanie also has solid knowledge of the design and implementation of collection strategies and also of out-of-court negotiations with a view to achieving satisfactory results for all the parties involved. Her experience also includes the comprehensive management of lawsuits relating to specific performance or termination of contracts, proceedings to enforce the collection of negotiable instruments, the court approval of agreements, enforcement of agreements and judgments, nullities, recovery actions, litigation related to the leasing of property, acquisitive prescription, debt recovery, among others. She also has experience in family law, where she has actively participated in proceedings regarding child support, voluntary and contested divorce proceedings and successions.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated in defining legal strategies and in giving personalized attention to sensitive matters, providing efficient solutions in line with the interests of the individuals and legal entities concerned across a range of industries. Her responsibilities include preparing and drafting all types of legal documents that are essential for the proper conduct and progress of the legal proceedings she handles.
