Marta Santirso is a senior associate of the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues and joined the firm in 2019. She has extensive experience in acting as legal counsel in numerous court proceedings and specializes in the areas of social security, equality and diversity, occupational risk prevention and collective bargaining. She regularly provides advice in these areas in the regions of Asturias and Castilla y León.

Marta Santirso began her professional career in 2019 in Garrigues’ Labor and Employment Law Department. She is currently a Senior Associate.
She has extensive experience in all labor and social security law matters and, in particular, in relation to all types of labor litigation, workforce restructuring processes (collective layoffs, temporary layoff procedures (ERTEs), processes for modification of working conditions, etc.), advising businesses, and negotiating collective labor agreements and equality plans.
Marta regularly participates in proceedings before the labor courts, both within her geographical area of practice and beyond, depending on the needs of her clients.
In the field of labor relations, she provides recurring advice on all kinds of collective proceedings, such as material modifications to working conditions, layoffs or termination of individual labor relationships, and also on the negotiation of collective labor agreements, equality plans and company agreements.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
