Marta Ordóñez Riaño is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration Department. She specializes in the provision of strategic legal advice and the resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes for national and international companies.

Throughout her career she has participated in highly complex litigation and arbitration related to contractual and non-contractual liability, transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses, corporate disputes, large real estate developments, liability for defective products and unfair competition practices, among others.

Marta also provides nonjudicial advice, assisting companies in the evaluation and management of legal risks and participating in the definition of prelitigation strategies focused on business interests.

She holds a Degree in Law and Business Administration and a Dual Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Counseling for Businesses (LL.M.) from IE Law School.
