Marta Ordóñez Riaño is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration Department. She specializes in the provision of strategic legal advice and the resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes for national and international companies.

She has extensive experience in the provision of legal advice and the defense of national and international companies in the area of civil and commercial law.
She provides prelitigation advice and participates in conflicts related to highly strategic industries such as the pharmaceutical, energy, mining, real estate, technology and automation industries.
She specializes in complex disputes related to contractual and noncontractual civil liability, civil liability of construction agents, corporate disputes, liability for defective products and unfair competition, among others.
