Marta González Alonso is a Senior Associate in the Tax practice area at Valladolid Office, where she has pursued the whole of her professional career.
She has extensive expertise in providing recurring advice on Tax to companies and corporate groups belonging to different sectors present in the region, as the agri-food, among others.
Her advice includes both direct taxation and indirect (with experience in special taxes too), both in the field of national taxation and in the regional and local.
She has also participated in processes of corporate reorganization, operations of purchase/sale of companies, as well as the tax planning in the field of "family business" benefits.
Furthermore, she has amassed a wealth of experience representing taxpayers in numerous tax procedures.
She lectures on “Corporate Tax” on the Master’s Degree in Tax and Legal Counseling for Businesses, managed by the Business School of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce, also collaborating as tutor of the multidisciplinary Master's Degree Final Project, covering different legal areas (Corporate Law, Tax, Litigation and Arbitration, Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law).
She collaborated with Public Law Department at University of Valladolid, at Tax Law Department. She took part in the grant program of the Spanish Accounting and Business Administration Association (AECA), receiving the award for the best group academic record.
Marta González Alonso is a member of the Valladolid Economists’ Association and of the Madrid Bar Association.
