Marta has extensive experience in rendering ongoing tax advice to numerous companies, advising in all tax areas of interest, including corporate restructuring and company acquisition processes (due diligence), tax inspection proceedings and tax procedures.

She is specialized in real estate taxation and in ongoing advice to real estate companies, including advice in acquisitions and sales of real estate assets and companies.

She also has notable experience in the special tax rules applying to real estate investment trusts (SOCIMI).
