She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s Degree in Customs and International Trade Law. A specialist in foreign trade, regulatory compliance, and administrative litigation, she has developed solid experience in proceedings before customs authorities and in litigation before local and federal courts, as well as before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. She has participated in origin verification procedures under various international treaties, as well as in filings related to IMMEX Programs, VAT and IEPS Certification, and the Importers’ Registry.

She advises multinational companies in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare, chemicals, food and beverages, and medical devices, on risk assessments, regulatory filings, and compliance programs tailored to each industry. Her practice combines a technical understanding of the Mexican regulatory framework with strategic guidance for the commercialization of products in Mexico.
