María Jesús Leiva is an associate in Garrigues' tax practice in the Santiago office. Her practice focuses mainly on providing tax advice to local and international clients, as well as actively participating in the implementation of corporate and equity restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and administrative proceedings involving the tax authority. She holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
