María Fernanda is an associate in the Banking and Finance group.
She has extensive expertise in capital markets transactions at both national and international bond issuances, financial markets and banking regulation, and corporate law. Additionally she has experience in financing operations, advising creditors, debtors and sponsors, in energy projects, infrastructure projects, and acquisition and corporate projects.
She has served as an assistant professor in International Law and Human Rights, both on the Faculty of Law of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
