Carmen Pereira Sáez is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice of the A Coruña office.
Her professional practice mainly focuses on the provision of legal advice to companies and public authorities in all labor and social security law matters.
She has extensive experience as a labor law advisor, particularly in the areas of corporate restructuring, collective procedures (collective dismissals, suspensions and reductions in working hours) and material modifications to collective working conditions, and in processes for the negotiation and opt-out of collective labor agreements. She has also advised on international labor law matters, specifically on the implementation of policies for expatriate workers and on senior management matters.
She also has broad expertise in dealings with the labor courts at all instances, acting as legal counsel in individual and collective proceedings.
Carmen is a member of the A Coruña Bar Association.
She has given talks at companies and associations on labor matters.
