Manel Pastor is a principal associate of the Litigation and Arbitration practice and has spent his entire professional career at Garrigues.

He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with broad expertise in contractual disputes, corporate disputes (challenge of corporate resolutions, directors’ liability, shareholder agreements, etc.), unfair competition, damage deriving from antitrust offenses, and banking law.

He has notably also participated in a number of cross-border legal disputes, applying his knowledge of private international law and international trade law.

He collaborates with various universities (Universitat de València, Universidad Católica de Valencia, etc.), teaching classes on matters falling under his areas of expertise.

Manel is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
