Lorena Muscolo began her professional career as Legal Technician of the Territorial Directorate in Alicante of the Ministry of Justice and Social Welfare during 2010.

In 2011 she joined the Garrigues team, where she currently serves as Senior Associate of the Department of Administrative Law and Urban planning of Alicante.

Provides legal advice in several areas of Public Law and Urban Planning, such as public procurement and administrative concessions (development of Private Administrative Clauses, filing of special appeals in the field of procurement, late payment from public administrations; resolutions and rebalancing, etc.), urban planning regularization of activities and industries (specific modifications PGOU, DIC, etc.), costs (granting of concessional rights), water, environment and procedures forced expropriation, both to public and private entities, assuming the legal direction in administrative areas and contentious-administrative processes, in general.

She also provides specialized advice in various regulated sectors, including the area of Consumer Law (defense in inspections, legal direction in sanctioning administrative procedures and legal review of consumer contracts).

Lorena Muscolo has been a member of the Alicante Bar Association since 2011.

Degree in Law and Business Administration (DADE) from the University of Alicante.
