Lorena Colomer is the partner in charge of the Tax Law Department of Garrigues in the Valencia, Alicante and Murcia offices. She has been a partner of Garrigues since 2013, having performed her professional activity at the firm since 1999. She specializes in international taxation, currently being the partner in charge of this practice in Valencia office. Her career development includes practice in fiscal department in New York office (between September 2007 and August 2008).

She advises in internationalization projects at Spanish companies, working coordinately with lawyers from other jurisdictions.

Provides ongoing tax advice to multinational groups, including listed companies and family business, and she has taken part in numerous M&A and restructuring projects, both national and international.

She regularly teaches on the Advanced Course in International Tax Planning at Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) in Valencia and is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences organized by several specialized centers.

Member of the Valencia Bar Association.

Degree in Law from Universidad de Valencia and MBA (CEU San Pablo).
