Lisbeth Geronimo Mack is a senior associate in the Employment Law practice, having spent her entire professional career at the Firm.

She specializes in providing recurring advice to domestic and international companies, belonging to different sectors of activity, in matters such as hiring, termination of employment contracts, labor relations, senior management (including both hiring and termination of the employment relationship), protection and social security systems and occupational risk prevention.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients in numerous restructuring procedures, collective contractual terminations/reductions of working hours, employment contracts suspension, substantial modifications of employment contracts and other collective bargaining processes.

She also provides legal assistance in labor and social security proceedings brought by and against domestic and international companies.
