Leire Franco is a Senior Associate in the Labor Department of Garrigues, a law firm in witch she has been rendering her services since 2009. Her work consists of giving recurring legal advice in the areas of Labor Law and Social Security to HR Departments of public and private companies, national and multinational. She studied Law at the University of Deusto in Bilbao.
Since 2005, she has been working as a lawyer belonging to the Bizkaia´s Bar Association on behalf of her clients in highly difficult processes related to Labor Law and Social Security. She is in charge of both litigation management and advice on the preparation of procedural strategies, with extensive experience in such areas.
She speaks Spanish and English.
She teaches on the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Deusto in Bilbao and, also, starting in 2021, she teaches at Deusto University in Employment and Social Security Law. She participates as a speaker in various courses and lectures on current issues or topics of interest in Labour Law and Social Security.
