Katya Villacriz is an Associate in the Tax Department of Garrigues' Lima office. She holds a law degree from the University of Lima and has experience providing comprehensive tax advice to domestic and international companies across a wide range of industries, participating in the analysis and implementation of transactions with tax implications.

Her practice focuses on tax advisory services, tax audit procedures before the Tax Administration, due diligence processes in acquisition and corporate reorganization transactions, as well as procedures for obtaining certifications for the recovery of invested capital.
