Juan has extensive experience in the diagnosis, analysis, implementation and preparation of documentation related to transfer pricing policies. He also advises multinational groups in inspection procedures involving related-party transactions and operational restructuring processes, in addition to preparing appeals before administrative and judicial bodies.

Similarly, he provides support in mutual agreement procedures aimed at resolving double taxation situations arising from transfer pricing adjustments, as well as in negotiating advance pricing agreements with the tax authorities.

Juan has carried out transfer pricing projects for clients across a wide range of industries, including Automotive, IT Consulting, Data Processing, Credit Rating, Reinsurance, Fashion, and Real Estate, among others.

• Dual Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Taxation at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
