Experience
Alberto has significant experience advising and representing companies in individual labor litigation before Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board, Federal and Local Conciliation and Labor Registration Centers, as well as before Federal and State Labor Courts. He also has extensive experiencia in amparo proceedings.
