
Josaphat has over 8 years’ experience assisting national and international companies in corporate tax matters, including compliance procedures, acquisitions, corporate restructuring processes, and tax reviews of company purchases or sales.
He has had the opportunity to assist companies from different sectors, such as digital economy, capital funds, toll manufacturing and services.
Previously, he worked at a national accounting firm as a Senior Advisor, giving support to clients in financial and tax matters, including restructuring processes derived from the reform of the Outsourcing Law.

Josaphat Juárez is a senior associate in the Tax practice. He has broad expertise in strategic tax advice for different industries and sectors.
He has significant experience in tax analysis and assistance in relation to the reform of the Outsourcing Law, providing solutions to companies to comply with the new legal provisions and optimize their operations.
He has advised an asset manager in a divestment process, designing fiscal strategies that ensured tax efficiency and legislative compliance throughout the process.
Josaphat has also provided tax assistance to a digital platform in the design of its business model for operating in Mexico, ensuring the feasibility and sustainability of its operations within the local tax legislative framework.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
