Managing Associate (2002-2007) and Partner (2007-2012) at Linklaters, where he was national head of Real Estate and Planning since the opening of the firm's office in Lisbon. He has developed extensive expertise in the property sector, focused on real estate investment, asset management and property finance deals. He has consolidated his recognition both among property investors and financing institutions as a top lawyer in his field, with the ability to advise on all legal aspects of the most complex and structured deals in the real estate sector and project development, helping clients to mitigate risk and enhance success on their transactions.
Qualified by the Portuguese Bar Association since 1990.
In July, 2016 he was appointed as member of the Portuguese High Council for the Judiciary, elected by the Portuguese Parliament.
