He has extensive experience advising national and international clients in corporate distress situations, both from the point of view of the creditor and the debtor, including, among others:

• Corporate restructuring processes.
• Pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
• Judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery or refinancing processes.
• Acquisition of companies, assets and debt of companies in financial difficulties.
• Liability of administrators, directors and executives.
• Analysis of portfolios of Non Performing Loans (NPLs).

He has participated in some of the most relevant insolvency and restructuring proceedings in Spain with companies from multiple sectors, as well as in commercial transactions or civil and commercial court proceedings at all levels.

The multidisciplinary nature of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice has also allowed him to acquire a solid experience in a wide variety of commercial, procedural and labour issues generally involved in restructuring or refinancing processes.

• Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law Practice, Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

He has been a lecturer at Universidad Villanueva since 2017, where he teaches Insolvency Law on the Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar.

He has also taught Insolvency Law on the law degrees at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and has been a lecturer on the High Specialisation Programme in Restructuring of Distressed Companies at the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense of Madrid. He has also collaborated on the Master's Degree in Business Law Practice at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the leading national and international association of restructuring professionals, and of the Madrid Bar Association.
