Jon Larrañaga Unanue is a senior associate in Garrigues’ tax practice since 2020.
He has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to legal entities (domestic and international companies, listed companies) as well as individuals on all tax-related areas subject to “historical territory” legislation (Basque Country and Navarra) and “common territory” legislation (the rest of Spain).
Jon belongs to the firm’s family business line of specialization. He also has experience in reorganization and company acquisition processes, due diligence processes, tax consolidation, inspection proceedings, and proceedings in the administrative and judicial review jurisdictions.
