Joined Garrigues Portugal in 2005 and since 2009 he is the head partner in charge of the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Garrigues Portugal.
He has extensive experience in providing advice, representation and defense to major Portuguese and multinational companies in the resolution of disputes before judicial courts and in arbitration proceedings (both domestic and international arbitration, ad hoc and institutional arbitrations). He also offers regular pre-litigation advice and litigation risk assessment.
He has been worked mainly in the areas of commercial, corporate, civil litigation and arbitration, labor litigation and insolvency.
