Javier Marina is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Garrigues, where he has been working since 2020. In particular, Javier Marina has intervened in numerous procedures, both in the administrative and judicial phases, related to accidents at work, being a speaker in Castilla y León at various conferences in relation to the legislative developments that occur annually in his area of practice.
On the other hand, in the field of labour relations, he advises on a recurring basis in all types of collective proceedings such as substantial modifications of working conditions, suspensions or terminations of individual and collective labour relations.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
