Javier Jimeno is a senior associate member of the Litigation and Arbitration staff since August 2018. Prior to joining Garrigues, he served as an associate lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Benites, Forno & Ugaz Abogados.
His practice focuses on the design and execution of strategies that allow an adequate defense of the rights and interests of our clients in arbitration and judicial disputes. In addition, in the issuance of reports and legal opinions on various matters of civil and constitutional matters.
Academic background:
Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2012) and Master in Arbitration and Business Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands (2018).
Currently, he is Academic Responsible for the Master Program in Procedural Law at Universidad de San Martín de Porres, where he also teaches the course of Judicial Precautionary Protection.
