Jaime is a partner in the Labor Law department at Garrigues. Within Labor Law, he specializes in providing strategic legal-labor advice to national and international companies, as well as managing the recurring needs arising from business activity.

Throughout his career, he has worked for clients in various economic sectors, including banking, insurance, and the pharmaceutical industry.

He is particularly noted for his experience representing companies in labor litigation and collective disputes, as well as in collective bargaining and specialized advice to senior management.

Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Legal Advice (MAJ) from Instituto de Empresa.

Silva is a regular speaker at specialized labor law forums and conferences and collaborates as a lecturer in various master’s and postgraduate programs. He is also the author of several specialized publications in the field of labor law.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers (FORELAB).
