Jacinta is a lawyer at the Santiago de Chile office of Garrigues, which she joined in May 2025. She focuses her practice on financial and banking law, capital markets law, and financial regulation, including the financial technology market.

She advises domestic and international creditors, debtors, and sponsors on the structuring and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, as well as corporate and acquisition financing transactions. She also has experience in legal advisory services for local and international bond issuances and in banking and financial regulatory matters.
