Attorney specialized in criminal law, with over 20 years’ professional experience in handling proceedings before the criminal courts relating to business firms and the economy, offenses against property and the socio-economic order (criminal fraud, misappropriation, criminal breaches of duty owed by de facto and de iure directors, frustration of enforcement and criminal insolvencies, crimes relating to intellectual and industrial property, crimes against the market and consumers), tax crimes and crimes against the social security system, against the environment and zoning, corporate crimes, forgery and misrepresentation, crimes against the public authorities or crimes relating to occupational risk prevention.

She is a member of the Bizkaia Bar Association, a speaker and lecturer at numerous legal education institutions and other specialist centers.
