Iñigo has extensive experience in the diagnosis, analysis, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies in multinational groups, as well as in advising on inspection procedures related to related-party transactions, in prior valuation agreements with the Spanish Tax Administration and in other tax aspects related to valuations of companies and intangible assets.

As part of the firm's expansion strategy, Iñigo moved to Mexico City to lead the transfer pricing area in LATAM. From this new position, Iñigo has continued participating in tax documentation, valuation and audit projects in different Latin American jurisdictions, and has participated in international projects together with the tax consulting area in which he has coordinated the actions of various offices of the firm. Adapting to the diversity of the legal framework in numerous LATAM countries has given Iñigo a broad vision of the nuances and appropriate and optimal strategies for each jurisdiction.

• Graduate in Business Management and Administration from the University of Oviedo (1 year studied at the University of Tampere, Finland).
• Master in Taxation from the Colegio de Economistas de Asturias.
• Master in International Taxation from the Garrigues Business and Law School.
• Various courses related to the valuation of companies and other types of assets.

He has been a professor at the Garrigues Business and Law School for various seminars related to transfer pricing and at Thompson Reuters for the "Programa de Alta Especialización en Tributación Internacional de los Negocios y Precios de Transferencia". He has also participated in other seminars held in different LATAM jurisdictions on the same subjects.
