Civil and commercial disputes over contractual matters such as termination, fulfilment or interpretation of any kind of civil or commercial contract, real estate and construction law, corporate disputes and conflicts, shares/assets purchases agreements, non-contractual liability, unfair competition, directors’ liability, etc.

Advising financial institutions in foreclosure proceedings on collateral and personal guarantees for the recovery of claims, debt portfolio purchases and proceedings related to validity and performance of banking contracts.

General advice in insolvency proceedings, both from creditor and debtor perspectives, both during the pre-insolvency phase and the insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, she has handled winding-up and qualification sections in insolvency proceedings and purchases of production units of insolvent or pre-insolvent companies.

General advice and participation in arbitration proceedings.

Participation in due diligence reports on share and/or assets deals and sale purchase transactions and investments.
