Helena is a senior associate of the tax department in Barcelona's office.

She provides ongoing tax advice to multinational companies and large consolidated groups belonging to a wide range of industries (pharmaceutical, food and beverages, real estate and education).

She actively participates in M&A processes as well as Due Diligence procedures.

She provides tax advice to foreign investors and to Spanish business groups in relation to international matters, in particular, internationalization processes.  

In 2019, Helena worked in William Fry, S.L.P, law firm bases in Ireland. She provided tax advice to foreign investors in relation with their investments in Spain. She also participated in projects related to Irish tax law, mainly in relation to BEPS implementation in Ireland.
