Guillermo Sánchez Galicia is a lawyer specializing in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with experience in complex disputes involving insurance, civil liability, and contract enforcement. He has represented leading insurance companies in Mexico, including Axa Seguros S.A. de C.V., Seguros Atlas S.A., and Seguros Argos S.A. de C.V., participating in the development of litigation strategies and the comprehensive management of court and arbitration proceedings.
He has experience in domestic arbitration under institutional rules such as CAM and CANACO, including the representation of mining companies in complex disputes. His practice includes preparing and drafting claims, answers, motions, and constitutional protection (“amparo”) proceedings, as well as preparing and presenting evidence, including specialized expert opinions.

In commercial arbitration, he has participated in proceedings under the rules of CAM and CANACO, representing companies in the mining sector, such as Minera Media Luna S.A. de C.V., in disputes involving high technical complexity and significant monetary amounts.
In commercial insolvency proceedings, he has participated in the representation of both traders and creditors, handling the recognition of claims, conducting negotiations with the parties involved, and monitoring the conciliation and bankruptcy phases.
