Author of this monograph dedicated to the analysis of all the procedural issues of the different special appeals in contracting matters available both in Spain and in the Autonomous Community of Navarre. With an unprecedented approach, the work comments in depth on such vital legal aspects as: the nature of the review by the administrative courts of contractual appeals, the standing of the parties and their claims, the catalogue of the contracts and acts that can be appealed against, the form of interposition and the demanding and diverse deadlines for doing so, the reaction procedure before the appeal, access to the tender file, the renowned provisional measures, the evidence and the possibilities of the decision that dismisses the special appeal.
