Gonzalo Molleda is a principal associate in Garrigues’ tax practice.
He has extensive experience in providing tax advice on day-to-day operations, as well as on the conduct of restructuring transactions, to companies in the industrial, energy, and real estate sectors in addition to concession-holders of large infrastructure. In particular, as a member of the firm’s VAT team, he provides recurring advice on transactions that require expertise in VAT and indirect taxation matters.
