Geraldine Troncoso is a lawyer in the Labor and Employment area of Garrigues’ Santiago de Chile office. Her practice focuses on handling labor and employment proceedings before the labor courts and she has extensive experience in collective bargaining and immigration matters.
Experience
Geraldine has experience in labor law matters, both in providing labor law advice to companies and also in litigation before the labor courts. Her practice includes handling labor litigation, drafting pleadings, claims, answers and appeals and attendance at hearings and summonses. In relation to immigration, she provides comprehensive advice to companies in connection with the hiring of foreign workers, including the management of visas and work permits before the relevant authorities. She also participates in collective labor law matters, particularly in relation to collective bargaining and relations with labor unions.
Before joining Garrigues, Geraldine was a lawyer at Barros Silva Varela & Vigil (2025–2026), where she also worked as paralegal (2021–2024).
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
