Frida has experience in administrative and constitutional matters at both the federal and local levels. She has participated in the filing of legal remedies against acts issued by administrative, legislative, and judicial authorities, as well as in handling verification and penalty proceedings.
She has advised clients in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, anti–money laundering, healthcare regulation, labor and social security, environmental matters, public procurement, consumer protection, mobility, urban development, and other regulatory areas.
Her practice includes administrative and constitutional proceedings to challenge acts, omissions, and regulatory provisions that adversely affect the rights of private parties.
Experience
Frida is an associate with six years of experience in strategic administrative, constitutional, and regulatory matters. She has represented companies and individuals in highly complex cases of national importance, particularly in amparo, administrative matters, and disputes arising from acts of authority. Her practice includes handling amparo actions challenging acts, omissions, and general regulations affecting the legal rights of individuals, as well as participating in claims for annulment of acts of authorities, related to sanctions, inspections, and determinations issued by various authorities. Frida has advised and represented companies across multiple sectors—including energy, anti–money laundering, healthcare regulation, labor and social security, urban development, water, mining, and transportation—before Federal, State, and Municipal authorities.
