Francisco Javier Cabarcos Dopico is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice, and is the head of the insolvency practice at the Vigo office.

He specializes in the technical management of all kinds of civil and commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on commercial and contractual disputes, as well as on insolvency proceedings.

In the business law area, he provides recurring advisory services to companies in the construction, real estate development, and services industries, among others.

He has acted in financing transactions both as an adviser to the debtor and to financial institutions.

He is a lecturer in the Master’s in Business Law organized by Universidad de Vigo, and in the Insolvency Manager Courses organized by Agaco. He regularly participates in conferences and roundtables on insolvency law organized by business associations, professional associations, etc.

He is a member of the Vigo Bar Association.
