Fernando Pérez Rosique is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration area at Garrigues, where he has developed his professional career since joining the firm in 2018.
He has extensive experience advising national and international clients in pre-litigation and litigation, on all types of obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate matters, real estate, competition law, consumer law, wills, succession planning and family businesses, among others. He regularly intervenes before civil and commercial courts, assuming the defence and legal direction of our clients.
He holds a degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and a Master's Degree in International Transactions Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and Fordham University.
Experience
Fernando Pérez Rosique is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration are since January 2024. Prior to joining the firm in March 2018, he prepared for the competitive examinations for the judicial and prosecutorial careers.
He regularly advises national and international companies in the transport, distribution, financial and banking, energy, chemical and real estate sectors, as well as individuals in wills and inheritance matters.
He has extensive experience in the legal management of litigation before courts and tribunals in civil and commercial law matters: obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate matters, antitrust and inheritance.

- Degree in Business Administration and Management from Comillas Pontifical University (2014).
