Fátima Alyli Romo Rodríguez is an associate of the Garrigues Tax Department in the Mexico office.
She has experience in tax planning, litigation and consulting, as well as in representation in administrative and constitutional litigation.
Experience
Her practice focuses on tax and administrative litigation, providing comprehensive advice to domestic and international companies in defending their interests before the tax authorities.
She has experience negotiating and handling conclusive agreements before Mexico’s Taxpayer Advocate’s Office (PRODECON), as well as preparing, filing, and managing a range of tax‑related defense actions. Her work includes administrative appeals before the Tax Administration Service (SAT), administrative litigation before the Federal Administrative Justice Court (TFJA), and constitutional protection (“amparo”) proceedings.
In addition, she advises clients on tax planning and consulting, implementing strategies that optimize their tax situation according to current legislation. She represents clients in tax inspections, assisting them throughout the entire proceeding. She also provides tax compliance advisory services, ensuring that companies meet their tax obligations efficiently and on time.
