Esther Andrés Martín is a senior associate in the Tax Law Department at Garrigues, where she has been working since 2007 as a specialist in the areas of direct taxation, indirect taxation, real estate taxation, corporate restructuring and family business advisory services. He provides recurring tax advice to multinationals established in Castilla y León as well as to family-owned groups and other public capital entities. She has also participated in the design and implementation of corporate restructurings and is intensely active as a representative of taxpayers in numerous tax proceedings. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valladolid, an Executive Master's Degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School and a Master's Degree in Legal and Tax Consultancy from the Business School of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valladolid. She collaborates as a teacher with the IAM Business School of the CEU group and the Business School of the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce.

- He has experience in the field of M&A, participating in business reorganisation processes, company purchase/sale operations and due diligence processes.
