He has extensive experience in handling judicial proceedings before the civil and criminal courts. He specializes in economic and corporate criminal law and has acted as legal counsel for both the prosecution and the defense in court proceedings involving a wide range of offenses against property and the economic-social order (including fraud, criminal insolvency, corporate crimes, intellectual and industrial property crimes, crimes against the market and crimes against consumers), crimes against the public finance and social security authorities, offenses against workers’ rights (particularly for liability deriving from occupational accidents), planning offenses, environmental crimes and crimes against the public authorities. He has used his forensic expertise before the entire spectrum of national courts (examining courts, criminal courts, provincial appellate courts, the National Appellate Court and the Supreme Court).
He also specializes in the implementation of corporate compliance programs to prevent criminal risks within companies, providing advice in this field.
Throughout his career he has lectured on the Master’s Degree in Legal and Tax Counseling for Businesses offered by Valladolid Chamber of Commerce and Industry in conjunction with Universidad de Valladolid and has spoken at various seminars organized by business platforms.
