Emiliano has professional experience in the legal field with a focus on tax law, advising domestic and foreign companies across a wide range of industries, as well as representing them before the tax authorities in a variety of tax disputes derived primarily from administrative proceedings and tax refund denials. Emiliano has also participated in representing clients in litigation before the Federal Administrative Justice Tribunal, the Collegiate Circuit Courts and different federal and local courts, as well as in constitutional protection (“amparo”) lawsuits and appeals for reconsideration. His practice has enabled him to develop a strategic perspective for addressing taxpayers' needs, particularly in the automotive, aerospace and retail industries, in their dealings with the State as tax collector.
